Working with Laptops

MelodicNotes Education Collaboration Project

Project Overview:

To foster cross-generational bonds, volunteers will collaborate with classroom teachers or homeschool educators to craft a lesson that helps younger students write letters to seniors. This initiative not only boosts students' empathy and writing skills but also provides teachers with a fresh curriculum addition, warms senior communities, and gives volunteers the experience of designing educational content. Using our resources, volunteers will work with an educator to design the lesson plan, teach it in a class, and collect and mail the students' letters.

Final Submission:

Finish by submitting your lesson plan, photos or videos of the session (get permissions!), timesheet, and a reflection on the experience. Upon completion, receive a Volunteer Hours Verification Letter. Join us in bridging generations with heartfelt letters!

Final Submission:

Conclude by sharing your playlist on our YouTube channel, obtaining session visuals (ensure permissions!), submitting your timesheet, and reflecting on your journey in writing. Once completed, request your Volunteer Hours Verification Letter. Let's unite tunes and generations in harmony!
